Investment professionals, like all providers of personal financial services, are now required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. The Simon Financial Group Inc. (SFG) and its affiliates have been and will maintain professional confidentiality standards that are even more stringent than those required by law. Therefore, SFG and all its representatives have always protected your right to privacy and will continue to do so.

SFG collects nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided by you or obtained by SFG with you authorization.

PARTIES TO WHOM SFG DISCUSSES INFORMATION

For current and former clients, SFG does not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our business practice except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, but not limited to, providing information to my employees to assist me in providing services to you. In all such situations, I stress the confidential nature of information being shared. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement with SFG barring them from discussing your nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our business practice except as required or permitted by law or to assist in providing services to you.

PROTECTING CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

SFG is required to retain records relating to professional services provided so that SFG is better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional and legal guidelines.

In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, SFG maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with professional standards.
